Key duties:

A kind of resistance welding is the spot welding. Variety of sheet metal products are welded together in the spot welding process. The normal thickness of these metal sheets is from 0.5 to 3 mm. In order to tighten the sheets, the spot welders take two formed copper alloy electrodes to weld the small “spot” in the welding period. A Spot welder will conduct a large current through this spot to make the metal sheets melt in order to form the weld.
